By redeeming the 50% Off New Client Offer for IV Therapy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility:

• • Offer valid for first-time clients only at PremierIV.
  • Must be 18 years or older to receive IV therapy.
  • A consultation may be required before treatment.

Discount Details:

• • 50% off applies to one (1) IV drip therapy session.
  • Discount does not apply to add-ons, booster shots, or premium IV drips.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • The discount applies only to IV therapy treatments priced below $160.

Booking & Redemption:

• • Offer must be booked in advance and is subject to appointment availability.
  • Clients must mention the “50% Off New Client Offer” at the time of booking.
  • Valid for in-clinic treatments only (not applicable for mobile IV therapy).

Expiration & Limitations:

• • Offer valid for 30 days from the date of first booking.
  • One-time use per client.
  • No cash value, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.

Medical & Safety Requirements:

• • All clients must complete a medical intake form before treatment.
  • PremierIV reserves the right to refuse treatment if the client does not meet health eligibility criteria.

Cancellation Policy:

• • Cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the offer.
  • Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to retain the discount.

Company Rights:

• • PremierIV reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Any fraudulent or misuse of the offer will result in disqualification.
