Premier IV Returns and Refund Policy

At Premier IV, we are dedicated to providing exceptional wellness services tailored to your individual needs. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.

1. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Advance Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients seeking our services.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or failure to attend without notice may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Refunds for Services

  • Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a service and provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, you may be eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future appointment.

  • Partially Used Packages: For packages or memberships that have been partially used, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the services already rendered and any discounts applied.

3. Product Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, accompanied by the original receipt​

  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items such as injectables, perishable goods, and personalized products cannot be returned.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Compliance with U.S. Consumer Protection Laws

Our policies comply with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws. If a product or service is found to be defective or falsely advertised, you may be entitled to additional remedies under the law.

  • We abide by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, including fair advertising, refund transparency, and customer dispute resolution rights.

  • We also comply with all applicable state-level consumer protection acts, including but not limited to California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), where applicable.

5. Process for Refunds and Returns

  • Contact Us: To initiate a cancellation, refund, or return, please contact our customer service team at support@premieriv.com

  • Return Shipping: For product returns, you are responsible for returning the item to our clinic. If the product is confirmed to be defective or not as described, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Please note that refunds and returns may not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after a service has been rendered.

  • Failure to adhere to pre-appointment guidelines resulting in the inability to perform the scheduled service.

  • Products returned without proof of purchase.

7. Policy Updates

Premier IV reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the updated policy.
